We (Catholic Mission) engaged Anthea and Redstone Marketing to review and develop a donor journey plan for our individual donors, from acquisition through to bequests. Redstone’s approach is highly collaborative and thorough, and they leave no stone unturned. Our team enjoyed the discovery sessions with Anthea and learned a lot about the sector just from those, let alone the final report. Redstone’s report was comprehensive and quite prescriptive in terms of rationale, next steps and how to get there, which we have found incredibly helpful in assessing the recommendations, forming an implementation plan and garnering support across the organisation to implement these in our upcoming operational plans. Because of our experience with Redstone, we are engaging them with our implementation stage and a separate review of our regular giving program.
